By accessing our website or using our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Repair Services
Mac Repair Center Mumbai provides hardware diagnostic and repair services for Apple devices. All repairs are subject to a prior assessment. We will provide a written or verbal quote before commencing any repair. You must approve the quote before work begins.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Quotes provided are estimates based on the initial diagnosis. If additional faults are discovered during the repair, we will contact you before proceeding. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate in such cases. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to part availability, complexity of repair, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
5. Data & Backup
You are solely responsible for backing up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. Mac Repair Center Mumbai is not liable for any data loss that occurs during the repair process. We will not attempt to access your personal files beyond what is necessary for the repair.
6. Warranty
Repairs carry a 30-day warranty covering the specific fault repaired. This warranty does not cover new faults, physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair. The warranty is void if the device is opened or tampered with by a third party after our repair.
7. Uncollected Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion (or 30 days after a quote rejection) will be considered abandoned. Mac Repair Center Mumbai reserves the right to dispose of abandoned devices in accordance with applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mac Repair Center Mumbai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific repair in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
