What the Warranty Covers

If the repaired fault returns within 90 days, we fix it at zero cost.

The same fault returning — if the issue we repaired comes back within 90 days, we fix it at zero cost

Part failure within the warranty period — if a replacement part fails within 90 days, it is replaced at no charge

Logic board repair faults — if a chip-level repair fails to hold within 90 days, we re-diagnose and re-repair at no charge

Screen replacement defects — any display issues attributable to the replacement panel (dead pixels, backlight uniformity, touch failure)

Battery replacement — if the replacement battery shows capacity below spec within 90 days, we replace it again

Data recovery — if data recovered by us becomes inaccessible due to our process, we attempt re-recovery at no charge

What Isn't Covered

These are new faults or damage unrelated to the original repair.

New damage — accidental drops, cracks, liquid spills, or physical damage that occur after repair are not covered

Unrelated faults — a new fault in a different component that was not part of the original repair

Battery capacity after 90 days — natural battery degradation from normal use is not a warranty fault

Software issues — operating system problems, app crashes, or configuration issues are not hardware warranty claims

Damage from unauthorised repair attempts after our repair

Cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, or finish wear on the chassis or display glass

How to Claim Your Warranty

Contact us within 90 days

Bring in or book pickup

Walk in to Raghuleela Mega Mall, F-103, Kandivali West — or we'll arrange free pickup from your Mumbai address.

We diagnose and confirm

We verify the issue is related to the original repair. This usually takes 30–60 minutes. We'll be transparent if it's a new fault outside warranty scope.

Free repair or explanation

If it's a warranty claim, we repair it at zero cost with no parts or labour charge. If it falls outside warranty scope, we quote separately before proceeding.
